Pakistan Peshawari Paneer Recipe

This delightful Main Course recipe of Peshawari Paneer can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish

INGREDIENTS

Grated cottage cheese  2 packets
Tomatoes½ kg
Red chili powder1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin11 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies6
Flour½ cup
Oil½ cup



METHOD

Grate 2 packets of cottage cheese and mix in it ½ cup flour and mash it. Then add in 3 chopped green chilies and crushed black pepper. Make small balls out of it and shallow fry it. Take a handi and add in ½ kg chopped tomatoes. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some salt, 1tbsp red chili, 1 ts[ crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin. cook it till the water dries. Then add in ½ cup oil and cook it, add in fried cottage cheese balls and simmer it. Peshwari paneer is ready to serve.
