This pickles is so tasty and refreshing. Good for a side dish or just eat it like that.
Here I am sharing the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
peel the skin, remove the seed and cut long or cube
- 1 carrot
peel the skin and cut tiny long or cube
- 1
big shallot peel the skin and tiny slices or cut in cube
- 4-5 Thai
chilies (bird-eye chili) remove the stems and chopped
- 1-2
tbsp white winegar (more or less)
- 1
tbsp white sugar (more or less)
- Salt
to taste
- 2
or more tbsp water (optional)
Steps
- Mix
all ingredients in the bowl, mix well and taste it.
- Transfer
to the container, cover with a lid and store it in the refrigerator until
ready to use. Minimum I put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
before consuming.
