Argentine Red Sauce and Marinade Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 cup sherry wine vinegar or 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper



DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. May be refrigerated in an airtight container for 1 week.
